- More than 120 days before date of journey Rs.400/- per head + 5% of the total package cost.
- 46 days before date of journey Rs.400/- per head + 10% of the total package cost.
- 30 days before date of journey Rs.400/- per head + 20% of the total package cost.
- 15 days before date of journey Rs.400/- per head + 30% of the total package cost.
- 07 days before date of journey Rs.400/- per head + 40% of the total package cost.
- 03 days before date of journey Rs.400/- per head + 50% of the total package cost.
- Refund is not allowed if cancellation done within 72 hours before date of journey.
- N.B. Application for tour cancellation must be submitted in written or via e-mail. No verbal request will be entertained.
